Absolutely! Our software was created with QuickBooks sync as top of mind. We offer the most technically advanced QuickBooks integration of anyone in the industry. Unlike others, our syncing happens in real time so that instantly, when something is changed in RentKit, it will reflect in your QuickBooks account whether it's an invoice, payment, refund, inventory item or customer.
We offer not only custom website integrations for both WordPress and Shopify sites, we also provide a seamless website experience for ANY type of website with our easy-install JS plugin. Whether you have a Wix, Squarespace, or your own custom coded site, we can have your rental shopping cart live in minutes.
We have 2 different options for payment processing which allows for a seamless and lightning fast onboarding experience. Stripe fees are listed on their website in detail: Strip Pricing. Stripe credit card processing fees are 2.9% +$0.30/transaction. Adelie charges an additional 0.6% per transaction to cover the cost of integration and platform maintenance. This brings the total processing charges to 3.5% + $0.30/transaction.
If you decide to use our in-house payment processing, you'll pay a flat 3.0% plus $0.25/transaction for credit cards payments and 1% plus $0.50/transaction for ACH.
We've designed RentKit to be the easiest to use software in the industry while still providing all the crucial features to enable rental companies to scale. Our typical onboarding consists of an initial demo (30-45 mins) and 1-2 FREE Zoom training sessions after account creation lasting 30-45 mins each. Most of our clients will schedule the first training and tell us that they have already learned the system and do not require any additional training. Just in case though, our rental professionals are always on hand to offer free advice and software training as often as needed.
Our mobile apps for iOS are free for all users and super simple to navigate and utilize. Your delivery drivers will be singing your praises since they will be able to simply open up the RentKit app and see all of their tasks/routes for the day. You'll also be up to date with everything as they check off orders and update the status of each stop.
