Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RentKit's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Description of Service

RentKit provides cloud-based rental management software designed to help businesses manage inventory, customers, orders, and deliveries. Our services include online booking, payment processing, QuickBooks integration, route optimization, and mobile applications for field operations.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your account. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to our services. Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RentKit's services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our services without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

RentKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you will lose access to our services and your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies. You remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
